Connections Area Agency on Aging is there to help every step of the way. Whether you’re navigating care for a loved one, seeking support as a caregiver or looking for information on health, wellness, aging or abuse prevention, the Connections Area Agency on Aging is there to meet the needs of the community.
What services do you provide?
Connections Area Agency on Aging provides a wide range of services designed to support older adults, individuals with disabilities and family caregivers. Their programs include information and assistance, care coordination & service navigation, caregiver support, elder abuse prevention, evidence-based health & wellness programs, volunteer opportunities and community education. They also help individuals access essential services such as nutrition support, transportation and in-home assistance to promote independence and quality of life.
*People living with a disability under age 60 are referred to their aging and disability resource center partners.
