They advocate for community awareness to speak about mental health and the challenges that addictions pose. We advocate for community involvement and awareness in destigmatizing and speaking openly about the mental health and addictions challenges. We help transform lives by providing evidence-based treatment at all levels of care for mental health and substance abuse issues.
Our holistic approach cultivates a deep, meaningful patient relationship. Through this approach we INCLUDE, IMPROVE and INSPIRE.
Is there anything you wish more people knew about your organization?
Inroads to Recovery is a minority owned business, we take pride in serving the community under the leadership of our President and Medical Director S. Pirzada Sattar M.D. who was trained at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital.
At Inroads to Recovery all clients participate in an educational and evidence-based holistic approach to treatment, designed to assist them in increasing their understanding of addiction and to facilitate their personal journey toward recovery. Our staff helps clients identify triggers both within themselves and within their environment and we work with them to develop appropriate coping skills to prevent relapse from occurring.
How can people get connected/involved?
Inroads to Recovery is not currently taking any volunteers or interns due to safety and social distancing procedures. They look forward to welcoming the opportunity in the future.
